Dear Friends,

Directives for the celebration of Mass in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia in response to the potential spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) were recently provided to all clergy in the Archdiocese with the approval of Archbishop Perez. Click here for the directives

They take effect immediately and are being shared with you as a matter of information. The Archdiocese takes the health and welfare of all those entrusted to its pastoral care seriously and will continue to monitor coronavirus developments closely. It will also take further action as necessary based on the guidance of national and local health agencies.

Please join in praying for those who have been affected by this illness. May God bless your Lenten journey.

Kenneth A. Gavin
